An excellent combo of Japanese soba noodles making session and sake tasting including three different brands of Hokkaido made sake!
Simple English, but kind attitude! We are located super close to Susukino subway station, Central Sapporo.
In this program you can experience making Japanese soba noodles by hand - A process also known as “sobauchi”-
all the way from making the dough to cutting the noodles by yourself (and not to forget eating)!
We are using buckwheat flour produced in Horokanai, Hokkaido, which is known for its soba.
Don’t hesitate to participate even if you are a first timer;
We will guide you through the cooking so that you can take it easy and have fun at your own pace!
On the top of the soba cooking session you get to enjoy a tasting set of three different Hokkaido made sake!
These are some sake we highly recommend, carefully chosen by our specialist!
How about adding something very memorable to your already special Hokkaido travel with a cooking and tasting session?
We proudly use local ingredients and serve Hokkaido made sake!
