Kami-hikoki is a rustic log house cafe where you can make our most popular dishes, which includes fresh pastas made of local flour and a 'tiramisu' dessert (slightly bitter, but perfect with wine). This, our special recipe, is yours to enjoy as a private homemade dinner party !

Snow falling hard in Hokkaido on 15 Nov, I experienced making handmade pasta and roasting coffee in “Kami-Hikouki” with 4 of my colleagues.
All of us tried both of them for the first time, so we got nervous but we were able to have a wonderful time!
We were so lucky to get the secret point for making past sauce from the owner of Kami-Hikouki too!
It was ofcourse the first time roasting coffee with charcoal fire! We wondered it is possible for amateurs but it excellently turned out good! Self-admiration :D
We enjoyed lively conversation in the tasting time as we chose all different sauces and shared!
One of the members begin thinking to buy pasta making machine now ! Anyhow… thank you very much for the great time!
