Wouldn't you like to taste cheese made of fresh cow's milk, accompanied with farm fresh vegetables? Enjoy our unique culinary delights by experiencing Hokkaido's natural way of life!

Make “Cowboy cake”( American country cake) with fresh butter and yogurt from the Yonemura dairy farm, and enjoy “raclette”. Pick your own fresh vegetables at the farm and enjoy them with savory melted cheese from our workshop.

You can also drink fresh milk, as much as you like!

  • Yonemura dairy Farm continues to go all out in their efforts to produce the best tasting butter, made from the freshest milk.

  • Chiyoko san has been cooking for the farm family for decades using her special recipes.

  • “Cowboy cake,” made from chokeberry (an Ebetsu specialty) is simple, yet rich in taste.

Please note that due to other farm work, there will be days on which this activity is closed.
You will be baking raclette in a oven, so your clothes might get a little smoky.
No smoking in any of the buildings.
